Squallis Puppeteers is hosting their 13th annual fundraising bash on Feb 13th, 2016. This year’s Puppet Prom has a theme: monsters. Our “Monster Morp” (prom spelled backwards) will feature our new giants created for the Stage One production of Roald Dahl’s “BFG”. Will they be wallflowers, or will one of them ask Bigfoot to dance? What do monsters wear to prom? This is a family friendly event so dress up your little monsters and bring them to a party they will never forget. Party starts at 6pm and runs an hour later this year, until midnight.
Featuring: interactive puppet activities, a silent auction of local art, costume contest, food and cash bar by Wiltshire Pantry, LIVE Puppet Skits, and a puppet dance party with live DJs, including Sam Sneed.
This year’s party is at Squallis Headquarters in the Highlands Community Campus on the corner of Barret and Breckinridge. There is something for everyone at this fun loving bash. Come on out and join in the puppet love-fest while supporting your local puppet group.
