The LO joins in the city-wide celebration of William Shakespeare with a concert of works inspired by his genius.  A rare, original bound book, printed in 1623, contains 26 plays by the bard.  This folio is the unique source of many of the most famous plays and sonnets we now treasure.  It is on a limited U.S. tour from London’s Folger Library in 2016 and will be on display at the Frasier Museum in November 2016.
