Sorghum has recently been rediscovered by progressive chefs across the nation, but it has always been prized for its distinct umami taste--a blend of sweet and savory with a hint of nutty tang. We can't wait to talk to Ronni about this unusual and special southern treat. We may even have some samples to try. Chef Fehribach will also be joining us to discuss southern cooking and growing up in Southern Indiana.
