Sorghum has recently been rediscovered by progressive chefs across the nation, but it has always been prized for its distinct umami taste--a blend of sweet and savory with a hint of nutty tang. We can't wait to talk to Ronni about this unusual and special southern treat. We may even have some samples to try.
