paired with Pacific Rim Selenium Vineyard Dry Riesling
Grilled Wild Salmon, panzanella bread salad, baby heirloom tomatoes, savory lemon curd
paired with Chateau Ste Michelle Indian Wells Chardonnay
Rack of Lamb, spicy lamb sausage, fingerling potatoes, caponata
paired with Northstar Merlot
Crispy Skin Duck breast, whipped sweet potatoes, brown butter Brussels sprouts, Sherry gastrique paired with Col Solare Red Mountain
Goat Cheese Cake, local honey, berry compote, candied nuts
paired with Pacific Rim Vin de Glaciere Riesling
