ReSurfaced kicks off again in Downtown Louisville this month! If you have not seen or heard of Resurfaced, the urban area's mission is to explore creative ways to pre-vitalize vacant and underutilized urban spaces by creating low-cost investments that activate the space now rather than waiting for big, long-term developments to take shape.
