Revelry is excited to welcome Leah Tinari, a whimsical illustrator and artist, for a solo show this Saturday! "Pinky La Rue" focuses on "the stuff" that has infiltrated her life as she navigates motherhood in New York City. The series is a tribute to children and their playfulness as well as a realization of the humor in being a parent. The content and formal elements in her paintings combine to offer a personal and occasionally caricature-like narrative, addressing and encompassing both the awkwardness and complexity of life.

Leah Tinari is best known for capturing spirited scenes of celebratory friends and family. She works in acrylic, gouache and spray paint on both paper and canvas. Leah's work is a visual diary of her daily life and experiences.
