Oliver!, directed by Drama Project Director Reed Gabhart, is a wonderful Middle School production hitting the Goshen Campus stage March 27th. Nothing works on the stage like a well-crafted tale, and OLIVER! is just such a show. Based on the Dickens novel Oliver Twist that is centered on the misplaced orphan Oliver, the story is captivating with its pathos and drama, while also delighting everyone with its outstanding musical numbers. "Food, Glorious Food," "I'd Do Anything," "Where is Love?," "Consider Yourself," "As Long As He Needs Me," "Who Will Buy?" and "Reviewing The Situation" are musical theater classics. Dickens’ characters are brought to life — perhaps larger than life — with all facets of their personalities glowing in this production.
With a cast and crew comprised of nearly 50 St. Francis Goshen students, Oliver! will be the perfect way to kick off spring for the whole family. Mr. Gabhart is the Head of the Goshen Campus and leads the National Youth Arts Award-winning drama program as well. There is an online link to reserve tickets: www.bidpal.net/oliver
