Oysters Rockefeller: East coast oyster, creamed spinach, spicy hollandaise
Lobster salad: Butter poached, preserved lemon, rocket
Risotto: Perigord black truffle, Parmigiano reggiano
Turbot: Fregola, coconut espuma, rapini pesto
Surf and Turf: Filet mignon, Madagascar prawn, smoked fingerling, romesco

Option 2: If you’d rather mix and mingle, join us in The Lounge at 8UP to enjoy our New Year’s Eve Soiree from 8-midnight. 

Soiree Cost: $50 per person and includes -

All you can enjoy passed appetizers
Sparkling wine toast at midnight

Also in the house, acclaimed Night Visions Radio DeeJays Alex Bell, Narwhal & Sam Sneed will entertain from 9pm-1:30am.
