In celebration of National Novel Writing Month this November, Southwest Regional Library is hosting an after-hours write-in this Saturday, November 12. Participants can challenge themselves with hourly writing challenges, enjoy a selection of refreshments, and learn more about the Louisville Free Public Library’s many resources for independent authors. An editing workshop will help writers learn how to revise and understand the editing process. Bill Noel, Louisville author of the popular Folly Beach series, will speak at 6:30 p.m. about his path to becoming a published author and will be happy to answer questions from aspiring writers.
To register, call (502) 933-0029. Limited to ages 18+.
