Maryhurst, the oldest child welfare agency in KY, is hosting foster parenting classes for those with or without experience.

Potential Parents: Must be at least 21 years old, complete a preparation training course and submit a criminal background check (doesn’t have to be spotless). We accept all lifestyles-single, married, or divorced are welcome.

Directions to Wellness Center: Once on our campus you will go to the Kosair Charities Wellness Center which is the large, newer building at the back of our campus. Follow the driveway to our lower parking lot (just beyond the only building on the right), you will make an immediate right and and an immediate left to access the lower parking lot and you can park in front of the building. Once inside the building it is the first door on the left.

Classes start Saturday Feb. 6th and run for six Saturdays until March 12th from 9:00am-2:30pm
