The Louisville Orchestra, under the direction of Teddy Abrams, will perform a concert in Honor of the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. This concert is free and open to the public and no tickets are required. Seating is general admission.
Teddy Abrams and the LO are joined by guests including the Rev. Dr. Kevin Cosby who will narrate Lincoln Portrait by Aaron Copland; and Jason Clayborn singing music of Stevie Wonder and Sam Cooke. Also performing are the combined choirs of Central Presbyterian Church, Voices of Kentuckiana, Central High School and St. Stephen’s Church.
