The Mardi Gras Celebration will gather supporters from across the region to enjoy a New Orleans themed evening with music, food, signature drinks, bingo, casino games, prizes, and live music. We are looking forward to a very fun time! Proceeds from the Mardi Gras event will support the work of Catholic Charities as we welcome, strengthen and empower individuals and families across the 24 central Kentucky counties of the Archdiocese of Louisville. The funds we raise will allow us to do more – more support for the refugee families who now call Louisville home; more outreach, education, and assistance to survivors of human trafficking; more help with rent, food, and bills for struggling families in Louisville’s West End; more culinary training and employment assistance, more community gardens, and more prenatal classes for expecting mothers.
