Back by popular demand! Chef John has decided to host a Maker’s Mark Progressive Dinner, featuring all three of his award-winning restaurants, and bourbon cocktails with Maker’s Mark.

$70 per person plus tax and gratuity
Start by parking your car in the lots at River House Restaurant and Raw Bar! You’ll begin your dining experience at River House for appetizers and a Maker’s Mark cocktail. Then, hop on the Mint Julep Tours shuttle to take the short ride over to Varanese on Frankfort Avenue, where you’ll enjoy a second Maker’s Mark cocktail alongside your choice of one of our bestselling entrées: The Bourbon Barrel Smoked Pork Chop, Caramelized Orange Bourbon Salmon, or Beef Tips & Tortellini. After your entrée, the Mint Julep Tours shuttle will take you back to Levee at the River House, where you’ll finish the evening with dessert paired with a final Maker’s Mark cocktail and live entertainment from one of Louisville’s favorite bands.
Your choice of THREE seatings will be offered for this event: 6:00pm, 6:30pm, or 7:00pm. Hurry, seating is extremely limited for this unique event.
The cost of this Progressive Dinner will be $70 per person plus tax & gratuity. Reservations are required with a credit card and can be made by calling (502) 899-9904 or emailing letsdine@varanese.com. A $25 per seat fee will be charged for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the event.
