The Mellwood Art Center is hosting its 3rd annual Spring Art Show on Mother's Day weekend. There will be a preview party with cocktails, May 11th from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. During this time, artists will be selling their work. The art fair is the following day, Sunday, May 12th from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. This is a perfect opportunity to support Kentuckiana artists and pick up a beautiful, unique Mother's Day gift. This is a family and pet friendly event with handicap accessibility. The show will be held primarily indoors in our Piccasso Room. Applications for artists will be open on our website until April 4th. The booth rental fee is $170 and new artists will be juried. Emerging artists may share a booth with up to 2 people (all participating artists must submit photos for jurying). Parking and admission is free. Pieces range from $15-1500 and there will be food and beverages for purchase as well.
