In August many plants are beginning to go to seed. As participants explore a bounty of seeds and stalks, they will uncover clues for identification and discover the hidden artistry provided by plants’ varied muted colors, forms, and textures. Hosted by Volunteer Naturalist Corinne Mastey, this program includes group introductions, a short hike, and lunch at Isaac’s Café.
Fee includes guided program, ice tea or lemonade, a cup of soup, and a half sandwich from the Bernheim Lunch & Learn menu.
