Just as Louisville is experiencing rapid economic growth and national recognition for its charm, nightlife, craft beer, bourbon and food scenes, the hip hop scene here is going through its own boom; breaking artists nationally and boasting local and worldwide attention with a wave of talented individuals and works. In the midst of the swell, a number of artists began participating in roundtable style discussions with the goal of building community and growing the scene. One idea that emerged from these discussions was a showcase event that featured the full scope of the local movement. Come have a great time and witness the fruition of that idea. Enjoy a wide variety of amazing talent and never-before-seen artist and medium collaborations at LouiEvolve Hip Hop and Arts Festival.
