Registration begins at 8AM

Opening Ceremonies 8:15AM

RACES START AT 9AM

All day event! Races last until around 3PM ***Estimated time

You Can Register as:

TEAM: 21 - 25 people (build as you go, we can help fill spots on roster)

GROUP: 10 or less people (can always upgrade to team, will be paired to form full teams)

INDIVIDUAL: Anyone without a team to join will be placed in paddlers pool and assigned to a team.

*To start a GROUP will be the same as starting a team, follow same process.

*Captain's should register their team or group.

*$50 minimum deposit to start team or group.

*Early Registration Discount only applicable to full payments.

BELOW IS GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE RACES, AND REGISTRATION.

ESPECIALLY FOR FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS, PLEASE READ THESE DETAILS

Here's a little info to help you get started. When you click the Sign Up button you will be taken to the LDBF EventBrite Page. From there you can purchase your tickets which will register you and/or your team for The Races.

CAPTAINS: You will be able to start your team from the registration page. Once your team is created you will see many helpful features on your team page, including the option to invite members to your team via email, and certain social media sites including Facebook. Links to your Team Registration can be found on your Captain's Page which will be created within three business days of registration.

PADDLERS: From the registration page you will have the option to Join A Team, or Register as an Individual. If you would like to join a Team you must know the Team name to register. Individual Registrants will be added to the Paddler Pool.

WAIVER: When you Register for The Races you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions of registration. By checking off that you agree to the terms you are "signing" our Waiver & Release Form.

MINORS: Anyone over the age of 12 can participate in The Races. However they must be registered by their parent or legal guardian. Parent or guardian must also sign them in for the races or provide proper documentation (if participating with a school).

FEES: Team Registration is $1,000, and individual registration is $50. For other registration options, and sponsorship opportunities CLICK HERE.

FUNDRAISING: After you register for The Races you will be asked to create a fundraising page. Captains: If you are unsure of which charitable organization you'd like to raise money for at time of registration, that is OK. Please create a Fundraising Page anyway, and update the information as it becomes available. The Team Fundraising Pages are really fun, and easy to use! We hope to see a lot of good come from the races this year, in addition to the already exciting action.
