Lola, the new late-night drinks and dining lounge from the team behind Butchertown Grocery, will open on Thanksgiving Day Eve. Located in Butchertown Grocery’s upstairs bar at 1076 E. Washington St., the 55-seat urbane cocktail eatery will launch approximately a year after the opening of its downstairs counterpart. Refined, yet rawer than before, Lola will offer a new finely-crafted cocktail list from acclaimed beverage director Nic Christiansen, along with an elevated snack menu from executive chef Bobby Benjamin and chef de cuisine Randy Pasch. The private dining room and deftly-designed stage will continue to act as a performance space for live music and local events.
