LocalsOnly Louisville and Commonwealth Cure are joining forces to shake off this winter with the help of Monnik Beer Co. amazing selection of craft beer, and of course, MEAT!
Join us February 29 at 6:30pm for a delicious reception of wine and charcuterie presented by Commonwealth Cure's Austin Cummins and certified sommelier, Michael Taylor. A seated four-course dinner, from LocalsOnly chefs Jeff Harman and Lawrence Weeks, will follow the reception with beer pairings provided by our host, Monnik Beer Co.
Tickets will be available for purchase via the Eventbrite link on our facebook event. Space will be limited and tickets will not be available at the door. We're looking forward to a great night!

RECEPTION COURSE
charcuterie plate featuring: pork and rabbit rillette, country style pate, smoked basil and pesto sausage, 100 acre hog salami and assorted pickles
PALATE CLEANSER
carbonated fruit with Noel beer consommé
FIRST COURSE
His Dark Materials beer and cherry-glazed beef cheek served atop parsnip puree and finished with a dukkah-spiced puff pastry disc with pecan and banana butter spread
MAIN COURSE
apricot-glazed porchetta accompanied by mixed-vegetable ragout with fennel and squash and garnished with kale chips
DESSERT
chocolate pretzel cake with Old Ale beer anglaise, white chocolate foam, peanut meringue and smoked cocoa nibs.
