Varanese Restaurant, located at 2106 Frankfort Avenue, will host the “Knob Creek Bourbon Dinner” on Thursday, May 26, with a reception at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:00pm. Created by Booker Noe, the father of small batch whiskey, Knob Creek seeks to restore the quality standards of the pre-prohibition era. Our special guest for the evening will be Megan Brier, Brand Ambassador for Jim Beam Global, who will be available to answer questions about the Knob Creek distillery, aging process, bourbon varieties, and more.
