Varanese Restaurant, located at 2106 Frankfort Avenue, will host the "Kentucky Small Batch Rye Whiskey Dinner" on Thursday, September 10, with a reception at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:00pm. The evening will feature guest speaker Tara Schaefer, CSW, CSS and a four-course dinner paired with various whiskeys from a variety of distilleries. The cost is $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
