This festival will offer people in our community multiple opportunities to explore healthcare decision-making, end-of-life planning, legacy arranging, and strategies for initiating conversations with loved ones!

THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE FESTIVAL IS ON OCTOBER 22nd! The conference will feature experts in the fields of law, accounting, counseling and healthcare and will provide assistance in completing advanced directives.
