Louisville Salt Cave and Strive are joining to combine the healing properties of the Louisville Salt Cave with the added benefit of live, acoustic, guided relaxation to music with Strive's Nina Rodahaffer and Cheyenne Mize. This event will give twelve individuals the chance to take 45 minutes to actively engage their senses and help to reduce their level of stress and anxiety with lasting effects.
The sessions are Friday, June 24th at 6pm and 7pm.
Louisville Salt Cave provides a clean microclimate of 5 tons of Himalayan pink salt crystals that line the walls and floor. A halogenerator diffuses microscopic salt particles in the room to stimulate healing and protect from illness. The pure air environment inside the cave is allergen free and saturated in negative ions. Negative ions create positive vibes by increasing the mood enhancer, serotonin. Salt is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory in nature.
