Four million babies were born in the U.S. last year and the March of Dimes helped each and every one through vaccines, research, education and breakthroughs. March for Babies raises funds for ALL babies. We're working for a day when every baby is born healthy! The event includes a 2-mile walk, entertainment for the family, food and fun!
