Looking for a fun way to exercise and improve your physical and mental health? Start your week off right and join us for our Bootcamp by the Water on Monday, the 23rd!
Taught by Functional Fitness Specialist, Cynthia Williams, this class is for all fitness levels designed to use body-weight and outdoor props to challenge you physically and mentally. You will perform a proper warm up, a series of different intervals to build strength, burn fat, and improve mobility and flexibility, all of which will allow you to burn calories during and up to 24 hours after the class! You will also have a proper cool down and stretch.
Plus, Athleta will be at the event offering free giveaways, and enjoy samples from The Weekly Juicery! You don't want to miss out!
This event will take place rain or shine! We have an indoor space available if it rains. Attendees can meet at the leasing office and don't forget to bring a mat and wear shoes appropriate for running and jumping. Now, let's get fit!
