University of Louisville professor Charles Ziegler leads this spring Fast Class on Russian political history. The program starts with the Chamber Theatre’s performance of Anton Chekhov’s one-act play “The Proposal,” a fast-paced satire about wealth, property, love, and marriage. Ziegler will then lead a discussion on Russia’s tumultuous history, focusing on the cultural impact—past, present, and future—of politics.
