Join chef and author David Danielson along with his co-author and Chief Entertainment Officer Tim Laird for a tasting, pairing and program that will serve as the national launch for the Bourbon Country® Cookbook. Guests will not only hear candid stories from two about the project, they will also experience how the executive chef at Churchill Downs and the Chief Entertainment Officer at Brown-Forman pair food with a Blackberry Julep, a Bourbon Breeze and a Peach Cooler.
