Varanese, located at 2106 Frankfort Avenue in the historic Clifton neighborhood, will host a special “Fall Garden Squash Dinner” on Thursday, October 27 at 6:30pm. Versatile varieties of squash, like acorn and butternut, will be used in each of the five courses. Each variety will be prepared in a different way, thus providing multiple flavor combinations for diners. The cost of the dinner is $40 per person plus tax and gratuity, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $25.
