Electric Car Charger Dedication and Local Documentary Viewing
Where: Thomas Jefferson Unitarian Church, 4936 Brownsboro Rd. 40222.
Dedication ceremony of its on-site electric vehicle charging station. The church’s chargers are located at the back of the church property and are free for public use. Following the dedication, there will be a display of EV vehicles whose owners will offer demonstration rides and Louisville’s new local Pedego electric bikes to “test” ride. Refreshments will be available. At 8:30 p.m., there will be a free public one hour viewing of the documentary, “EVOLVE: Driving a Clean Future in Coal County” a film by local documentary filmmaker Ben Evans.
