Graham's Cafe for a lavish buffet with spiced carrot soup, garden salads, cured meat and cheese antipasto, breakfast favorites like omelets and fried chicken and waffles, carving station with spiral honey ham and New York strip steak, and an array of spring sides. The cost is $42 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Children ages 4 to 12 are $18, children under 4 eat free. Seating available at 10:00, 10:15 a.m., 12:30, 12:45, 2:15 and 2:30 p.m.
The English Grill hosts a formal Easter meal with over-the-top seafood and meat and cheese buffet, delicious canapes (like Hot Browns and deviled eggs) and salads. Each diner can choose a plated entree of choice: seared beef tenderloin, roasted halibut or bone-in stuffed pork chop, and finish with house made selections from the dessert table.
