Brasserie Provence will offer Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 5th between 11am and 3pm.
A 3-Course Menu with multiple choices will be available at $32 Per Person. Each course will have six choices. Appetizers will include Asparagus Vichyssoise, Tomato and Goat Cheese Tart, and Poached Egg & Smoked Salmon served with an Artichoke-stuffed Tomato. Entrées will include Steak and Egg with Fingerling Potatoes & Choron Sauce, Croque-Madame with Gratin Dauphinois, and a delicious Leg of Lamb with Haricots Verts & Rosemary Sauce. Desserts will include Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake, Honey Almond Cheesecake and a Mixed Berries Mousse.
A 2-course, $12 Children's Menu with options will also be available for youngsters under the age of twelve.
