The Gallop Gala is an evening of complimentary cocktails and dinner, followed by a live auction and performance by Nashville-based band Paul Childers and The Black Tie Affair.Their sound harmoniously mixes Pop, Jazz, and Rock Music. During their current national tour, they have been featured on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Good Morning America, and the Today Show.

The evening begins with The Starting Gate Cocktail Party including hors d'oeuvres at the beautiful Marriott Downtown. Dinner will follow with an exquisite Derby themed menu featuring Kentucky cuisine. Lastly, the evening will end with our Winner’s Circle After-Party in the Gallop Lounge and celebrate the Derby season.

Proceeds from The Gallop Gala will fund Down Syndrome of Louisville's Lifelong Learning Centers, which provide nationally-recognized programming for individuals with Down syndrome from birth through adulthood and their families.
