It's wine night at Louis's the Ton, but this Thursday stop by to pay $15 and taste world renowned wines featuring Disruption Chardonnay (2015), Disruption Cabernet Sauvignon (2014), Disruption Red Blend (2014) and LATTA WINES GSM (2013). Disruption Chardonnay (2015)
The ancient lakes is one of the coolest areas in Washington State. It has calcium-rich, basalt-derived soils with caliche and gravel. The resulting Chardonnay is crisp and clean, with lemon meringue, lime zest and mineral notes.

Disruption Cabernet Sauvignon (2014)
Sourced from the Wahluke Slope for rich and long Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot that gives fantastic color and structure. The cooler Yakima Valley Malbec gives dark fruit and great color with oral aromatics and our Merlot offers velvety mouthfeel and length.

Disruption Red Blend (2014)

The warmer climate of the Wahluke Slope gives richness and intensity to the fully ripened Cabernet Sauvignon. The freshness and dark fruit of the Malbec benefits from the cooler sites of the Yakima Valley. The result is a deep and dark blend that has vibrancy and freshness on the palate.

LATTA WINES GSM (2013)*
The very first blend that Latta Wines has offered is composed of 58% Grenache, 23% Syrah and 19% Mourvedre in homage to the great inspiration of Rhone wines.
