Have you ever wanted to have dinner with an astronaut? Greyhound Pets of America/Louisville is hosting a charity dinner and auction on August 6th, where NASA astronaut Dr. David Hilmers will speak about his career and life accomplishments. The list of Dr Hilmers' accomplishments is nothing short of incredible: Marine Corps Colonel, aviator, electrical engineer, and NASA astronaut on four space shuttle missions. He was on the first mission to launch after the Challenger explosion. As if this isn't enough, after his NASA career he attended medical school and fulfilled his dream of becoming a medical doctor.
