Cooking at Millie's offers group cooking classes, under the direction of local chefs. In a space mirroring a home kitchen, these classes are designed to teach guests new skills in a fun and comfortable environment. Friday will feature Executive Chef Jeff Dailey of Harvest Restaurant. The menu includes: Heirloom Tomato & Cucumber Salad w/ Shaved Red Onion, Cheddar and Black Pepper Vinaigrette; Ricotta Ravioli Carbonara, Poached Egg and Bacon Lardons, Shiitake Mushrooms Topped w/ Grana Padano; and Strawberry & Dark Chocolate Mille Feuille. The price includes a bottle of wine per couple.
