Cooking at Millie's offers group cooking classes, under the direction of local chefs. In a space mirroring a home kitchen, these classes are designed to teach guests new skills in a fun and comfortable environment. Friday will feature the stars of KET's The Farmer and the Foodie, Lindsay McClave and Maggie Keith. The duo will highlight the bounty of summer as they cook up dishes using ingredients straight from Kentucky's farmland. The menu includes: eggplant and tomato stacks, grass-fed beef kofta and apple cobbler inspired by Hindman Settlement School. The price includes a bottle of wine per couple.
