Science Hill Inn will host its second Love for Germany Inspired event and fourth “foodie series” dinner – “Das Meal” II at Science Hill featuring German fare with a Southern flair prepared by Chef Ellen Gill McCarty and hosted by Michael Beckmann and Caroline Knop benefiting Apron Inc. Chef Ellen states, “Fighting the fight against Cancer and winning was not easy, having the help of APRON was unbelievable and I want to give back to my fellow friends in the industry assisting them with their battle!”

The food-loving trio will combine their love for authentic German cuisine and drink with local ingredients to create a fusion like no other.

Gordon Biersch Biers will be paired with each course.

The night will conclude with a Jägermeister celebratory toast!
