Earlier this year, we went into the recording studio to work on a project that we had been dreaming of. A project that combines our love for comedy and our love for music. What we left with was something that turned out even more amazing than we ever thought it could...

Under the moniker The Lucky Bastards, we've recorded an EP of rap songs and we are VERY excited to be releasing the EP this Friday at 9pm live at The Bard's Town as part of a special improv show entitled, Damaged Goods Presents: The Lucky Bastards. Consider this an extension of the Damaged Goods Family, an extension that we hope you'll welcome with open arms!

The evening's festivities will include our normal set of high energy improv games as well as the live versions of our new songs. We are also offering free CDs to the first 30 people. So get there early and get a good seat!

Almost five years ago the founders of Damaged Goods embarked on a quest to create the best improv comedy team this world has ever seen! Three years later the proof is in the pudding. Voted by LEO Readers as one of the best Comedians and Performing Arts Groups in Louisville in 2011, Damaged Goods has spent the last few years thrilling audiences from Nashville, to Chicago and right here in Louisville! Often called "The Best Improv South of Chicago", Damaged Goods' unique style of high energy improv games continues to leave audiences begging for more. They've performed at the Chicago Improv Festival for two years in a row, the Detroit Improv Festival two years in a row, Headliners at the Compass Improv Festival in St. Louis, Big Little Comedy Festival in Cleveland, the Bongo Java Comedy Theater in Nashville, and The Laugh Out Loud Theater in Chicago to high praise!
