At Cycle for Good on Sunday, Dec. 13, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the JCC, JCC members and visitors will spin on stationary bikes to benefit Special Olympics Kentucky;
Here’s how Cycle for Good translates into funds for Special Olympics: cyclists rent a bike for $25 an hour and take up to four back-to-back hour-long cycling classes.
Non-cycling fitness options will be offered in the Aerobics Studio. There will be a Cardio Jam class from 9:30-10:30 a.m., and a Yoga Jam session from 12-1p.m.
Donations are not required for either of these classes, but some contribution to Special Olympics would be greatly appreciated.
Non-members will be able to visit the JCC on Dec. 13 with free guest passes. For more information, call Ron Peacock at 502-238-2792.
