CPR. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Heart and lungs. Revive life.
February is American Heart Awareness month. What better time than NOW to learn these important life saving skills! Sudden cardiac arrest can happen at any time, to anyone. What would you do if someone you know or loved became a victim to SCA?
Join Sara McNally of Learn CPR Louisville Saturday, February 13th, 2016 for training and certification in CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in the event of an emergency. You will get quality training on how to preform CPR on adults, children and infants, how to use an AED, and what to do if you encounter a choking victim. The tools and skills you will learn will prepare you to act if and when you come upon an emergency. Let’s help save lives.

Certification is through EMS Safety. Check them out at: emssafetyservices.com
*For quality training purposes and the benefit of one-on-one attention, these classes are limit to no more than 6 students.
**The length of this class depends on the needs of the students. Typically, it runs between 3 and 4 hours. I know, that’s a long time! Especially with families at home. The class is a one time commitment with full two year certification upon completion. And it’s at the Cottage filled with glittery fairy goodness. What are you waiting for?! (Note: Please make arrangements to be in class the entire time. Per EMS Safety guidelines, I cannot issue a certification to anyone who does not participate the full length of the class. I’m also a mom and understand that things come up. I will do my best to work with you to finish your certification. I want you certified. I want you out there willing to help. We will get it done)
***This is a hands on class. We will be up and moving around, practicing our skills on manikins and each other throughout our time together. Babies in arms are welcome. Just be advised that in order to become certified, you have to be able to demonstrate the skills taught. I’m sure someone in class would love to cuddle your squish.
