Last week Sam Bush announced that due to an unforeseen medical circumstance he would have to cancel the next three weeks of his performances. The entire Hartford Festival crew wishes Sam a speedy and safe recovery. We also look forward to having Sam back at JHMF very soon!  
 
This year we're happy to announce JHMF alumni The HillBenders will perform on the main stage Saturday night. This tight outfit of acoustic soulful & rockin' pickers performed at the VERY FIRST festival back in 2010. MarleyGrass, a side project of The HillBender’s Jimmy Rea, will be happening in place of of Sam’s workshop set at the Boogie tent stage. On Thursday The HillBenders will be opening for The Who and now they'll be picking for you.
