In anticipation of Catoctin Creek Distillery’s expansion to Kentucky, master distiller Becky Harris has partnered with executive chef Cody Stone to craft a four-course meal at Decca on Tuesday, August 14 from 7-9 p.m. Each course is expertly paired with a cocktail crafted with Catoctin Creek’s award-wining rye or gin. Menu highlights include the duck liver terrine with cherry mostarda, pickled vegetables and charred bread, and the wood-grilled ribeye with borlotti beans, heirloom tomatoes, blue cheese and crispy onions.
