1. Order and brew the following kit and yeast from great fermentations,

- PDG Pale Ale All-Grain Kit (Item #: BKAG026)

- Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale (Item #: 1332XL)

2. You must only use the ingredients in the kit.

3. Nothing additional of any kind may be added to the recipe

4. Register here

5. Beer must be submitted in a 5-gallon keg to put on the cold-plate for people to sample over the course of the brew-in. (Please contact us if you don’t currently keg, but still want to enter.)
