Cooking at Millie's offers group cooking classes, under the direction of local chefs. Friday will feature flavors from Bourbon Barrel Foods, with Chef Alison Mann. This evening's menu includes: blue cheese-stuffed dates, garlic- and brown sugar-crusted beef tenderloin and chocolate ginger cake. The price includes a bottle of wine per couple.
