Four Roses will provide its guests the opportunity to learn the aspects of milling through distillation, including; Distillery Manager, Distillery Operator, Fermenter Operator, Utility Operator, Quality Lab Manager, Small Batch Mingling, and Bourbon Food Pairing. Guests may sign up for the following areas to learn, train, and participate (hands on) in 2 hour sessions:

Small Batch Mingling (max 10)
Bourbon Food Pairing (max 10)

Guest can choose a maximum of two areas to participate in each day with an outdoor catered lunch included.
