Varanese Restaurant, located at 2106 Frankfort Avenue, will host the “BOS Wine Dinner” on Tuesday, July 18th, with a reception at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:00pm. The special guest for the evening will be David Bos, Founder and Vineyard Manager of BOS Wines, who will be on hand to answer questions about the wines being served and their special attributes. Previously David was the Vineyard Manager for Grgich Hills for seven years, and he also consults for various prestigious vineyards around the world on biodynamic procedures. BOS Wine, the Napa Valley winery, has been passionate about biodynamic/organic farming practices from its beginning more than ten years ago.
