Kentucky artist & blacksmith, Craig Kaviar, is opening his Forge to teach a Beginner Blacksmith Class September 15 - October 20, 2018. (Class will not meet September 22. In this class, students will learn the skills, foundation, and art of blacksmithing. While learning basic techniques the students will make several items including J hooks, nails, leaves (for keychains) and finally a forge welded fireplace poker. Students keep all that they make during the class.
• 5 Saturdays from 9am - Noon.
• Limited to 10 students and fills on a first come, first serve basis
• $425, includes all materials
