Join Garage Bar for the first ever Louisville BOH Brawl, a cooking competition open to the best of Louisville's food service professionals!

This is an open invitation, Iron Chef -style cooking competition for food service professionals. The kitchen at Garage Bar will be closed for the competition, so we'll be serving a limited menu of hot dogs and hamburgers, along with cocktails, beer and drink specials from the bar. 

This event is open to the public with a $10.00 cover at the door. A portion of proceeds will go to benefit NewRoots, a non-profit group committed to making fresh, affordable food available to our communities. 

RULES:
Folks wishing to participate in the competition will put their name in a hat. Six names will be drawn to compete and three names will be drawn to judge. The competition will be run in three rounds. The first and second round will have three cooks each. The third round will be the winners from the first two. All participants will have their cover fee waived and the winner will receive $100.00 cash and a bottle of Old Forester.
