Freedom Run Farm presents a celebration of the culinary heritage of lamb in the Commonwealth.
Join Chef Mike Wadja, of Proof on Main, as he hosts a cook off competition between chefs from Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, Indianapolis and Cincinnati for the best lamb BBQ. In addition, there will be a demo on cooking lamb fries by Chef Ouita Michel, a whole lamb butchery demonstration and live Bluegrass music.
