"Autism 2015: Updates and Roadmaps for Hope” is the next Building Hope presentation, is sponsored by UofL Depression Center, and is Thursday, April 16, 7:00 p.m. It will be presented by W. David Lohr, MD, Associate Professor, UofL Dept of Pediatrics, Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Bingham Clinic, and Allison Yoder, MD, PGY-5 Child Fellow, UofL Dept of Pediatrics, Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Bingham Clinic. Objectives: 1) Participants will be able to identify recent advances in understanding the causes and the ability to detect signs and symptoms of Autism; and 2) Participants will understand recent updates in treatment, including what families can do to maximize chances for success for their children with Autism.
